How Phithak Legal Came to Be
Phithak Legal opened its doors in Nakhon Ratchasima after its founding adviser noticed a consistent gap: retirees across the region were receiving pension decisions they did not fully understand, with no straightforward path to question them. The administrative process can feel distant and formal. Letters arrive in technical language. Deadlines pass without explanation.
The practice was built to fill that gap quietly and carefully. We are not a large firm chasing volume. We take a limited number of matters at a time, which allows us to give each client the attention their situation deserves. Our work is methodical, our communication is plain, and our advice is always honest about what the process involves.
Today, Phithak Legal serves retirees across the Nakhon Ratchasima area and surrounding provinces. Our focus remains unchanged: pension entitlement matters handled with patience, care, and respect.
