• Entitlement Assessment — A careful review of your pension entitlement and supporting records, with a written overview. Priced at ฿1,510.
• Correspondence and Reassessment Support — Assistance managing correspondence with the relevant office to seek a reassessment. Priced at ฿2,760.
• Dispute and Appeal Counsel — Counsel through a formal dispute or appeal, including full document handling. Priced at ฿4,130.

Prices are indicative and confirmed at the time of engagement. Each matter is assessed individually before any engagement is confirmed. Service timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the circumstances of each case and the office involved.

5. Client Engagement

A formal client relationship is established only once both parties have agreed in writing to the terms of a specific engagement. Submitting an enquiry through our contact form, sending an email, or telephoning us does not create a legal relationship or any obligation on either party.

We reserve the right to decline any enquiry or engagement at our discretion.

6. Fees and Payment

Service fees are confirmed prior to engagement. We will not begin work on a matter until a written agreement and, where applicable, a retainer payment have been received. Fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of all applicable charges unless otherwise specified in the engagement letter.

Refund conditions, where applicable, will be set out in the engagement letter for each matter.

7. Confidentiality

We handle all client information with strict confidentiality, consistent with our professional obligations. Information shared with us in the course of an engagement will not be disclosed to third parties except where required for the purposes of that engagement, where you have consented, or where we are legally required to do so.

8. Intellectual Property

All text, layout, graphics, and other content on this Website are owned by or licensed to Phithak Legal and are protected by Thai and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, copy, or adapt any part of this Website's content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Sharing links to this Website for personal use is permitted.
